Nothing is nice about this republic. It it a huge group of planets governed by pirates, spanning a few dozen systems, and is a common enemy that the FUS and the ESBG doesn't fight over. This is most of what's known about them, other than a few ships, and their basic weapon systems.
We do know how to completely destroy their battlespheres in minutes, though. That is, if we can get close enough to it to destroy it.
